Storage Alloy System

HL Power 1K is a compact, modular energy pack designed to store energy in the form of hydrogen.  

 

Each module can securely store and release approximately 1 kg of hydrogen.  

 

Two or more modules can be connected in parallel to configure a hydrogen storage system tailored to the user's desired capacity.

 

Compared to high-pressure gas storage using compressed gas cylinders, it operates at the same pressure but requires only one-seventh of the volume.

 

With an operating range of up to 50 bar and temperatures between 10 and 80°C, it provides superior safety compared to conventional hydrogen storage methods. Hydrogen storage and release are easily controlled through external temperature adjustments.  

 

Depending on user needs, air or water cooling and heating systems are available.  

 

The system is based on HYDROLUX’s stable hydrogen storage alloys.  

 

The storage and release pressure and temperature can be customized according to the type of hydrogen storage alloy used to suit specific user applications.
